January 28, 2010 (Emeryville, CA)  National Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce substantial completion of the AgeSong at Bayside Park project. In May 2008, NEBF committed $43,875,000 of new construction financing for development of the AgeSong project located in Emeryville, California. The project is a five-story facility consisting of 126 residential units with 93 designated for assisted living and 34 designated for Dementia and Alzheimer residents. The project was successfully completed on time and on budget, and received its Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Emeryville on January 8, 2010. The developer hosted a Grand Opening Event and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on January 27, attended by dignitaries including Mayor Ruth Atkin of the City of Emeryville and Business Manager Victor Uno of Local Union 595 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
