September 29, 2011 – (Brooklyn, NY) DKLB BKLN (formerly 80 Dekalb) received LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Located in the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, DKLB BKLN is a 34-story apartment tower completed in 2010. The project has been open for more than a year and is currently 97.3% leased. It is jointly owned by the INDURE Fund and Forest City Ratner.
September 27, 2011 – (Chicago, IL) Oakwood 200 Squared (formerly Lake and Wells) was named the best multifamily residential or hospitality project in the Midwest by Engineering News Record (ENR). 200 Squared is a newly completed 42-story apartment tower in the Chicago Loop. The project contains 329 units which are all leased to Oakwood international, a leader in temporary housing. The property is jointly owned by the INDURE Fund and Midwest Property Group.
July 18, 2011 – (Washington D.C.) National Real Estate Advisors, LLC (“NREA”) has selected San Francisco-based development firm Emerald Fund, Inc. to pursue a comprehensive re-development of the former California State Automobile Association headquarters campus. The property, located in San Francisco’s “Mid-Market” submarket consists of four buildings clustered around the intersection of Van Ness Avenue and Hayes Street approximately one block from the iconic City Hall building. Included in these buildings is the 28-story tower at 100 Van Ness which offers 360-degree views of nearly every significant landmark on the San Francisco skyline. The campus served as the auto club’s statewide headquarters location until spring 2010, when they consolidated and relocated their operations to a suburban location in Walnut Creek, CA.
June 22, 2011 – (Ashburn, VA) Seattle-based Sabey Data Center Properties, in which the INDURE Fund has a very significant interest, announced today that it plans to build a 490,000 square foot data center campus on 38 acres of raw land it has acquired in the heart of Northern Virginia’s data center corridor. Sabey, one of the largest privately held data center owner, operator and developers in the United States, will commence construction of Intergate.Ashburn in late summer 2011. Sabey will bring its in-house construction entity, Sabey Construction, Inc (SCI) to act as general contractor for the project. Leasing is currently underway.
