Campus Circle is a 219-unit, 679-bed state-of-the-art student housing complex currently under construction in Tallahassee, FL. The project consists of seven buildings and is located on 10 acres adjacent to the Florida State University campus. In addition to its strong location, students will be attracted to the project’s high quality amenities including a large pool, sun deck, tanning areas, 650 parking spaces, and separate bathrooms for each student. National is an equity partner, and also provided a construction loan.  The project will take advantage of the tight student housing market surrounding the University. It is being developed by an experienced company with a standing relationship with National.  Campus Circle is National’s first investment in Florida and part of its growing presence in the South and in the student housing sector.
