Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Mullett oversees all aspects of the National’s real estate accounting functions, including creating systems and procedures to closely and accurately track all financial aspects of the National’s real estate investments. Ms. Mullett also manages all accounting staff members. Prior to joining National, she served as Operations Controller at The WMF Group, Ltd. (currently Prudential Mortgage Capital Company). At the time, The WMF Group was one of the ten largest commercial mortgage banking operations in the United States. Ms. Mullett also served as Senior Project Accountant at Western Development Corporation and as Assistant Controller of Simpson Development Company, Inc.
Ms. Mullett is a Certified Public Account and has a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. She has over twenty-one years of accounting experience, with nineteen years in the real estate industry.
Accounting Manager, Real Estate
Ms. Trimble has over 33 years of accounting experience. Her invaluable role as an Accounting Manager for National’s real estate portfolio gives her the responsibility for developing, training and supervising accounting staff members in reporting, reviewing and monitoring National’s real estate investments. Ms. Trimble oversees the maintenance and reconciliation of the MRI and Solomon accounting systems, mortgage reviews, cash management and all project level tax returns, audits and activity, as well as prepares and reconciles monthly, quarterly and annually financial statements and the reporting of quarterly data to NCREIF, a real estate performance index. She began her career with the IBEW as an assistant supervisor in the Audit and Per Capita Department and later as an accountant in the Investment Department.
Ms. Trimble holds a B.S. in Accounting from Strayer University.
Senior Staff Accountant
Mrs. Robinson-Pratt has 14 years of accounting experience in many different industries, including nine years specializing in real estate management and development. She worked with various commercial, residential and retail real estate investment and development companies in the Washington, DC area. On behalf of National's investors, Mrs. Robinson-Pratt is responsible for calculating and monitoring preferred returns, mortgage statements, property income reports, bank reconciliations, daily cash reconciliations, project level tax and audit reviews, equity investment operating statements, reviews and request funding for project draws as well as other various accounting duties.
Ms. Robinson-Pratt holds a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia State University and is currently pursuing her Masters in Accounting at the University of Maryland, University College.
Manager, Commingled Fund Accounting
Ms. Dickson is responsible for the accounting and reporting of co-mingled fund real estate assets. Prior to joining National in 2008, Ms. Dickson worked for Perseus Realty Partners as their Vice President of Finance, responsible for the accounting and reporting for two private equity funds. Prior to that, she spent fourteen years at ASB Capital Management (ASB), where she was responsible for accounting and reporting of an open-ended, Taft-Hartley real estate fund. During her tenure, the fund grew from $100mm to $700mm, with almost 50 properties under management. Ms. Dickson worked with all property types from development and acquisition to dispositions. Prior to joining ASB, Ms. Dickson worked with syndicated apartments, commercial property management and in homebuilding. She also worked in public accounting for local and national firms.
Ms. Dickson is a Certified Public Account and holds a BS in Business Administration in accounting from Virginia Tech.
Manager, Real Estate Performance and Valuation
Ms. Reid is responsible for generating National’s real estate asset performance reports on a quarterly basis and produces National’s quarterly real estate performance reports. Ms. Reid analyzes performance return calculations for individual assets as well as for composite groupings. Before joining National in 2002, Ms. Reid was an associate in Andersen’s Real Estate Capital Markets Group. She was responsible for structuring complex transactions, preparing investment materials, financial modeling and researching and analyzing financial information, industry trends, and market conditions. Ms. Reid also worked in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston in Chicago, as a financial analyst, where she researched industry trends, analyzed financial statements and created financial models for Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Reid earned an AB degree in Economics and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with general honors from the University of Chicago. She has taken and passed both the Series 7 and Series 63 exams.
Staff Accountant
Ms. Manalili serves as a Staff Accountant in charge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for National and INDURE. She also assists with general ledger and bank account reconciliations, and other various accounting duties. Prior to joining National, Ms. Manalili had 17 years of accounting experience in construction management and development with Foulger Pratt Companies.
Accounting Manager, Operations
Ms.Powell serves as the Accounting Manager of Operations, where she is responsible for the accounting and reporting of Accounts Payable and the General Ledger. Prior to joining National, Ms. Powell served as the Sr. General Ledger Manager for Jack Morton Worldwide, an experiential marketing company. Prior to that she served six years as Assistant Vice-President and Sr. Accounting Manager at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, formerly the WMF Group, Ltd. Prior to that Ms. Powell spent several years with CSC Corporation in their telephony division as Accounting Operations Manager.
Ms. Powell is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Iowa. She has over 25 years of accounting experience.
