Director, Construction Management
Mr. Cruz has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for supervising all construction-related issues from inception through completion on all National loans and investments. Prior to joining National, Mr. Cruz managed his own construction management consulting firm specializing in providing a full range of program and construction management services for a variety of clients in the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Mr. Cruz began his career with the Turner Construction Company holding a number of increasingly senior key positions over a 22-year period culminating as Vice President & General Manager of the Turner business unit operating in South Florida and the Caribbean.
Mr. Cruz is a Civil Engineering graduate from New York University, a member of the ASCE, and holds Professional Engineering licenses in Virginia and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
