Real Estate Analyst
Mr. Malek-Madani uses his diverse skill set to provide analytical support to the Equity, Mortgage, and Portfolio Management Groups at National. He is involved in creating cash flow models, which are integral to National's project underwriting. Mr. Malek-Madani provides important analytical support to National’s Asset Management Group and is directly involved in the on-going management of several equity and debt investments.
Mr. Malek-Madani is a native of Silver Spring, Maryland and graduated from Brown University with an AB degree in Applied Math-Economics.
Real Estate Analyst
Ms. Binkowski underwrites new investments and existing assets for the senior members of National's Equity, Debt and Portfolio Management Teams. She Provides analytical support, including multifaceted cash flow models and reporting on existing assets. Her addition to the team is fundamental to the analytical needs of investing and managing assets throughout the country.
Ms. Binkowski received a BA in Economics from Columbia University. Her previous experience includes working as a Real Estate Analyst at National from 2005 to 2007, and her knowledge of National's portfolio makes her an important addition to the team.

Ms. Chamberlain provides critical support to the Equity, Mortgage, and Portfolio Management Groups at National using her knowledge of real estate investment fundamentals. She is involved in conducting pivotal market research, underwriting potential new investments and providing analytical support to National’s Asset Management Group. Ms. Chamberlain’s addition to the team is integral to National’s continued management of investments across the country.
Ms. Chamberlain is a lifelong resident of Arlington, Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Urban & Environmental Planning as well as a BA Economics. Previously, she worked at Fairfax County’s Department of Planning and Zoning and held internships at two local architecture firms: KishimotoGordonDalaya and Devereaux and Associates.
